I put the 10-minute measurements of the MeteoSwiss station at Zurich airport next to the take-offs and landings. In 22 hours the weather barely moved the traffic – the one big dip was the Skyguide fault. The wind fits the runway change that part 12 couldn't explain – but it doesn't prove the cause.
